Touchstones Café and the Charles Hallé Restaurant
Touchstones Café is open Monday to Friday from 11am to 2.30pm (last orders), and from 5.30pm on concert days. Main courses are typically from £10.95 and pre-performance dining must be reserved through the Box Office.
The Charles Hallé Restaurant is listed in the Good Food Guide 2008. It is open from 5.30pm on concert nights and tables must be reserved through the Box Office. Enjoy the best value for money, quality cuisine in Manchester, with a fixed-price menu du jour: two courses are £21.95 and three courses £27.50, inclusive of coffee and petits fours.

Hand-crafted Pizza Slices
If you are looking for a light bite to eat before the concert, you could try the delicious, hand-crafted pizza. Available on most concert nights* from one hour before the performance, pizza is served buffet-style on either the Circle Level or Stalls Level. At just £3.50 per large slice, it's perfect to enjoy with a pre-concert drink. Choose from three tempting toppings on fresh foccacia bread:
Pesto chicken with salt roasted vine tomato and parmesan shavings
Roasted Mediterranean vegetables, feta cheese and sun dried tomato (v)
Chorizo sausage, smoked Blacky ham and grilled fresh pineapple

Bars
The Stalls bar opens from 5.00pm on concert nights. Bars on other levels open from 6.30pm. Remember to order your interval drinks before the concert and they will be waiting for you. All bars serve a full range of drinks.
Ice Creams
Winners of two Gold Great Taste Awards in 2007, Criterion Ices have been selected by The Bridgewater Hall for their delectable dairy ice. Delicious flavours include Belgian Chocolate, Stem Ginger, Gold Medal Vanilla, Strawberries and Cream, Hazelnut Caramel and Lemon Sorbet.
Matinee Concerts and Lunch
