Trusts and foundations have a long and established history of supporting the work of the Hallé, both within the Concert Hall and in its many outreach, education and community projects.
The extensive and varied support from trusts and foundations is of tremendous value, and we are fortunate to have developed longer-term relationships with some of these organisations. This support helps the Hallé plan and perform its annual programme of around 130 concerts as well as over 40 education and outreach projects including the Hallé for Youth Concerts, attended by over 10, 000 children, and the Adopt-a Player scheme for schools.
Most recently support for the Hallé Youth Orchestra and Hallé Youth Choir has ensured these new ensembles are already recognised for the high standard of training and performance they provide.
If you are involved in a trust or foundation, large or small, and believe that a funding partnership with the Hallé may be possible, or feel that you would welcome an application from the Hallé for any aspect of its work, then please contact Eleanor Roberts.
All the trusts and foundations that support us are acknowledged in our concert programmes. |
