University Gamelan Courses

Professional Experience Scheme
This successful scheme was originally established to give talented string players from the Royal Northern College of Music an introduction to professional orchestral life by availing them of an opportunity to rehearse and perform with the Hallé for three periods over a season. The scheme has now been extended to include Wind, Brass and Percussion players.

Student Placements
In addition to the Professional Experience Scheme, Hallé Education offers university students the experience of working on education projects alongside professional musicians and artists. Every season there are opportunities for students from the RNCM to be involved in delivering the Hallé Family Concert workshops.
