Carl Davis conductor

Yee haa! Carl Davis gets the Hallé Pops off to a trail-blazing start with an evening of music from those legendary Westerns. This concert includes some of the most evocative, exciting and down-right jaw-droppin' music ever written for the big and small screen - music that stirred the audience and transported it to a thrilling world of cowboys and Indians, sheriffs and outlaws and a wild, untamed landscape. The Hallé players are so excited that they're raring to dress up (or down!) for this occasion. Ride 'em cowboy!
