YOUR SAFETY AND WELL-BEING

The safety and well-being of our audiences and players is the Hallé and The Bridgewater Hall’s first concern.

The Bridgewater Hall
In keeping with Government expectations and recommendations, we are strongly advising everyone to continue to wear face coverings, where possible. The Hall will continue its thorough cleaning regime between performances, and we expect hand sanitizer to continue to be widely available. We urge you to consult The Bridgewater Hall website here which has full and regularly updated details.

Hallé Venues in Ancoats
Following HM Government’s announcements in December 2021 regarding changes to COVID19 guidance in respect of the Omicron variant we have been reviewing our COVID Secure risk assessments. We take our responsibilities to our staff and visitors very carefully, including the ongoing requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act. Please refer to our COVID Secure Policy Statement for details.

REFUNDS/TICKET EXCHANGE

Tickets cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for Hallé concerts within the same season, subject to The Bridgewater Hall’s terms and conditions.
