HOW TO WATCH OUR CONCERTS

You will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. You can use this email to access your account to watch your purchased concert. Please be aware that artists, programmes or prices may change for unavoidable reasons.

Given these difficult times, it may be necessary to cancel or alter programmes depending on changes to artist availability or government regulations. The health and safety of everyone who works for the Hallé is paramount. In the event of concerts being cancelled, you will be refunded automatically.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the Hallé’s streamed concerts are of the highest quality, however we are not responsible for external devices, including the broadcast quality of individual equipment.

It may be possible for you to view our concerts on your TV by linking it to your internet-connected device. As personal devices are differently configured and TVs have different capabilities, it is impossible for us to offer specific advice. However, you may know someone who might be able to help. If you think we can answer a general question, by all means email info@halle.co.uk

The sound and vision quality of modern laptops and PCs is excellent, and you should be able to enjoy all of these concerts on your favourite device.

THANK YOU

It is due to the generosity of our sponsors, patrons and every loyal supporter who has been so understanding over the past months, that we are able to perform these concerts.

Arts Council England, the Greater Manchester Authorities and the City of Manchester have all been steadfast in their support and have our sincerest thanks.

The Hallé is deeply grateful to our partners in The Bridgewater Hall, without whose collaboration these streamed concerts would not be possible.
